if you face some time error in mysql  sss

ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) 

So Not worry very easy solution 

follow simple step

1)Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools--Services restart mysql Services than finish.........
